Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, we retain our clients by providing quality service not through contracts.
Do I own the system?
Yes, everything we install in your home belongs to you.
What brand of system do you provide?
We use various brand name systems and components which include Honeywell, GE and DSC.
Can you use my existing system?
Yes in most cases. Some exceptions might include very old systems, damaged systems or systems that have been password protected (locked-out) by the previous alarm company.
Can anyone monitor the system that you will install?
Yes, however some companies choose to only monitor certain systems or their own proprietary system.
Is the monitoring performed in a UL listed facility?
Yes, and our monitoring station is located locally in the Atlanta Metro area.
Do I need to have a land line phone?
No, there are numerous options. Contact us for details.
Can you use a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocols) phone line?
Yes in most cases. Name brand VoIP products do have the highest success rates.
Why can’t you just use my cell phone?
The security system needs a means to transmit signals from the premises (be able to make a phone call). To accomplish this it must be wired into a phone source. While we can call you on your cell phone, it is not designed to be wired into a security panel.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, there is a 1 year warranty on parts
Will you do a credit check on me?
No, we sell you the system up front and the monitoring is on a month to month basis. There is no need for a credit check.
Does the monthly monitoring rate go up if I add fire or smoke detection?
No, the monitoring rate will stay the same.
